Cast with nicely carved putti in the classical style, either created as an exceptional quality lamp in the early 20th century, or converted later from an older piece. Beautifully patinated with green tones over a dark blue black. It has recently been rewired with 3 core braided cable to modern UK standards. There are no condition issues to report.
Dimensions given are to the top of the bulb holder and from putti to putti. 58cm (22.8 inches) excluding light fitting. It works well as a small floor lamp or as a large side/table lamp.
